Semi - circular forehead massage

Use the pointing and middle finger of both hands and massage with semicircular movements. Start with the "*" mark on the right side of your forehead and massage to the left. Repeat the exercise five times. Do not tear off your fingers, the movement should be smooth and even.

Cross face massage

Use pointing and middle finger. Start on the left side of the forehead ("*") and move right with the cross motions. Repeat five times.

STEP THREE

Massage around the eyes

Massage very sensitive skin around the eyes. Place the middle fingers at the corners of your eyes and the index fingers on your eyebrows. Massage with circular motions ending at the exit point marked "*". Repeat five times.

STEP FOUR

Nose massage

Move your fingers from the corners of your eyes on both sides of your nose. Press firmly and gently turn your fingers, then slide your fingers slightly down your nose in circular movements. Finish by pressing and turning your fingers on the tip of your nose. Then return to the starting position and repeat three times.

Massage around the lips

Massage the cheeks

Compressive massage of the cheeks

Start at the corners of the mouth ("*"). Gently but firmly knock the cheeks up and down with both hands on both sides of the face. Repeat five times.

Massage the sides of the face

Catch the skin on the cheeks with the thumb and index finger. Slowly move your fingers up and back down slowly. Repeat all movement five times.
